A recent post from Ad Forum shared updates about our team. Here's the article in case you missed it:

“Branding and creative agency Circus Maximus today announced the hiring of Alberto Quintero as Executive Creative Director and Meghan Cermack as Director of Account Services. The hires coincide with the promotion of Ashley Richardson-George to Chief Content Officer and Partner.

“The expansion of our executive and creative teams represents a maturing for Circus Maximus, as we continue our mission to be the best modern brand partner,” said Ryan Kutscher, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Circus Maximus. “It has been the leadership of Ashely in particular that has helped us reach this point. Whether it’s been from a capabilities standpoint, mentorship, or company culture, she’s been tremendous at helping the agency take its modern form.”

Quintero joins as Circus Maximus’ first Executive Creative Director, arriving from in-house creative director roles at brands including Bandier, Capezio, and Equinox. Cermack comes from an agency background at MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER and Hill Holliday. As Director of Account Services, she will work directly with the agency’s client roster that includes King C. Gillette, Stop Soldier Suicide, and On/Go.

Richardson-George joined Circus Maximus in 2018 as Director of Content Strategy; in her new role she will own the content strategy, oversee brand definition, and coordinate with the creative team to create relevant content for the agency’s clients.

Paul Sutton, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Circus Maximus, said: “Since Ashley arrived, she has not only contributed to new business wins and campaign launches for the likes of Shake Shack, Crest/OralB, and Gillette, but she has been an incredible internal leader to our team with her empathy and strategic talent.” Richardson-George added, “I’m excited to continue making work that speaks to different audiences and grow with an intent to reflect those audiences.”

Circus Maximus also elevated Carey Kight to Executive Producer and added Michael Mendieta as Creative Director, Danielle Costa as Content Manager, and Jack Lee as Creative Content Producer to its team in NYC.

Earlier this year Circus Maximus was awarded Small Agency of the Year, Gold, recognized for its success fostering “mega niche” brands, and won the 2021 A-List Award for Best Brand Launch on behalf of Gillette’s beard care brand King C. Gillette.
