Stop Solider Suicide approached CM with a challenge: their platform, while well-intentioned wasn’t connecting with the military personnel who need it most. It was more successful as a fund-raising entity. How could we provide a suicide prevention service for those who need it most and have a very specific set of needs and circumstances? We created a brand strategy built around the needs and realities of military personnel. The takeaway was that they needed a service they could call their own. One that was optimistic and human. What we created was Roger, a first-of-its kind mental health resource for military service members that caters to their unique needs.

We were tasked to create a new brand and mental health service provider specifically targeted at acute-risk active and veteran military personnel.
